Our class takes place in a wonderful riad newly renovated and opened as the museum of Moroccan Culinary Art.
You will first have the chance to discover the beautiful building, learn about Moroccan culinary art and cuisine, enjoy a cup of tea, and then start your class.
Under the assistance of Our MasterChef. You will learn how to cook a Moroccan Tagine (either vegetarian or with chicken or meat, according to your like), in the beautiful kitchen of the museum, with its perfect balance of modern types of equipment and traditional Moroccan design.
Follow the instructions of your Chef carefully, for, in the end, you’re only going to Eat What You Cook !!
The class takes about 3hours, and after you finish cooking, enjoy your meal on the rooftop of the riad with a panoramic view of the medina.
