Just a note about transfers: To keep things efficient and eco-friendly, transfers may be shared with other Emojitraveling travelers heading in the same direction, even if they have a different reservation code. The transport is carried out on air-conditioned buses driven by professional drivers, with local, itinerant or licensed tour-guides, depending on the tour.

Travel Insurance, Hotel taxes, Airline tickets, airport taxes, passport expenses, visa expenses, laundry services, telephone expenses, drinks, meals not included in the itineraries, tips of any kind (non-compulsory), personal matters, baggage excess or transportation fees, optional tours or tours not included during trip/tour/activity, unless otherwise stated under "Included in this program or this package includes."

We understand that things can come up, so here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy: Changes with 21 days or more notice: If you need to modify your travel dates at least 21 days before your trip starts, there's usually no problem! We won't charge you any cancellation fees, unless your new dates are more expensive. If the new dates are cheaper, we'll even refund you the difference. Changes with less than 21 days notice: Changes made within 21 days of your trip may incur fees depending on how close your departure date is. Here's a quick guide: 30-15 days before: 35% cancellation fee 14-8 days before: 50% cancellation fee 7 days or less before: 100% cancellation fee (or if you miss your trip entirely) Some exceptions may apply: If your trip includes flights or train tickets, there may be additional fees associated with making changes. We'll always communicate any airline or train fees clearly. Need to cancel altogether? No problem, but please let us know in writing by email. Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours. Here are some additional things to keep in mind: Cancellation fees are based on the total price of your trip. Updated information or refunds are typically processed once a week, on Wednesdays. Travel with peace of mind! Consider purchasing our optional Cancellation Insurance. It covers 100% of your trip cost in case of unforeseen events like hospitalization of yourself or a close relative, or death. Got a refund coming? We'll send it back to the original payment method you used to book your trip. Refunds are typically issued on Wednesdays, or the next business day if our office is closed.

Booking a trip for 10 or more travelers? Great news! You'll automatically receive a discount on your entire reservation on our website. This discount applies to all services included in your trip, such as visits, transportation, guides, transfers, and more. Just be sure everyone in your group travels together for the entire duration of the trip. For any travelers under the age of 18, please be sure to request the applicable discount during the booking process. To ensure you receive the correct pricing, it's important to provide accurate birthdates for all travelers. Prices for single passengers reflect rooms and cabins in single occupancy. EmojiTraveling Travel cannot arrange for shared accommodation in hotels during land tours. Shared accommodation on cruises is provided upon request.

In the event your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit a formal written claim via email to [email address removed]. Please be sure to include all relevant details in your email, such as your reservation code, a clear explanation of the issue, and any supporting documentation you may have (photos, receipts, etc.). If any part of these terms is found invalid, it will be limited or removed while the rest remains in effect. By making a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions. A deposit of €600 per person, per package, or full prepayment for packages with a cost of less than €300 per person, is necessary within 7 days of the booking process. In case your booking does not fulfill the above conditions you will be informed about the precise amount to be paid by your sales advisor. In all cases, if the deposit is not received as requested, the booking will be canceled automatically. The remaining amount must be paid 45 days prior to your arrival. Every booking received in less than 45 days prior to the start of your travel must be paid in full and is not covered under our "Lowest Price Guarantee." The credit cardholder understands and accepts that at the moment of paying for his/her services or on behalf of someone else, the transactions are made remotely without their physical presence of the credit card in our offices. These remote charges may be carried out online, in written or by telephone by the client or cardholder him or herself. A grace period is granted to the owner of the credit card to notify us in writing about the non-acceptance of the charges and may subsequently request the reimbursement of the amount.
